DESCRIPTION EDITED. When I purchased this SxS from another forum member, the only caveat was that should I ever decide to sell it, I would offer it to the Forum members first. So here goes. This is a very nice example of a very nice Husqvarna Model 103A. Its receiver has generous casecoloring remaining and the bluing would rate well over 95% conservatively. It has a slight ding scratch or scuff here and there, but nothing egregious. I am asking $525 shipped to lower US for this. If I have no takers by the weekend, I will put it on Gunbroker with the caveat that it is for sale elsewhere and I can close auction at any time prior to Reserve being met. Email me at dbeard@mindspring.com for more photos or description details.

Good one, and a nice buy!
The 100 series were all pretty well put together, and nice handling at that. I have a worn and unrestored, but still tight and reliable, #102 as my "go-to shotgun". I use it for everything around the house to christmas trees, and always on the opening day of bird season.

Dang! Now I feel like I should have asked more! But like I said, I got a good deal, enjoyed the gun for a few years, make a little profit, and pass it along to another Husky fancier. That was the deal. Hopefully, the buyer will follow same course should he decide to divest himself of the 103A in the future. On Gunbroker, any of the Great Unwashed might have got their greasy hands on it. LOL!!!

I got the shotgun today. Just beautiful. Thanks David.

I could use some tips on what ammo to feed it. I am really not wise in the ways of the scattergun. I have alway survived with a remington 870 magnum. I never had to think about ammo choices much. For starters how long is the chamber. I expected to be able to measure that with a depth caliper, but there isn't really a step in there. Is it marked?

Thanks, Pete
