I watched the first two. Does the DVD have English subtitles?

 

Good question. Looks like it would be a good flick, but I wouldn't pick it up unless there were subtitles. My Russian ain't so good.

True,
But, this is something that I can live with
"Enemy at the gates" by far less accurate, IMHO.

As for subtitles,
according to Chad's link, English subtitles are available and included in Rapidshare download version. I just started downloading first part. I should be able to get full video file some time this weekend.

P.S.: Just checked eBay. Could not vind any DVDs with this film at present time.

Hex PU sighting 6 min 1 second into the 4th part

 

Here is a little summary for you.
I downloaded the movie from Chad's link. It was uploaded to Rapidshare in 15 files, about 100MB each. It takes about 15-18 min to download each part with DSL connection.
The film is in AVI format, it could be played on any computer and some DVD players. Overall quality of the video is high and clear even for 27 inch TV.

...Now, the subtitles.....
It is absolutely the worst subtitle job I've ever seen. Most likely some type of electronic online translator was used. Some phrases completely lost their meaning. Some words were not translated at all.
I guess, it's better than nothing.
...Oh, one more thing, the subtitles are for computer playback only.
As I mentioned, my DVD player is compatible with AVI format; but it did not show the subtitles.

Anyway I like to "hunt the mistake" in these war movies.
Did you noticed the PU sniper rifles built on Hex receivers?
And the one fitted with a probable HMG PU scope?


it seems also, that the shot through the sniper scope is a standard of every sniper movie..

How or where do I get a copy of this movie? i tried amazon -no luck- Any suggestions? I'd really like to see it.
