Before I get the whole crap Century spue, I need help.

I put a C91 back in my safe when they were at there lowest price, think I gave $379 for it???, anyways I fired 3 mags thru it , ran good well functioned good. Cleaned it up and put it in my safe.

I ordered a l1a1 for a friend and we wnet out back to shoot some 308, well 4 rounds into my clip and the G3 stoped cycling, it will fire but I have to manually eject the round and make sure the bolt drops hard so it locks foward. and some times it needs a littel extra pull to get the rollers to unlock ( atleast I think it is the rollers holding the bolt foward)

I have releaned the rollers, and oiled/cleaned the wole bolt. and still no difference
What else am I missing.

Thanks for any help

Did you grease the inner channels the bolt tracks in ? Grease don't oil. Have you checked your bolt gap ? Check your trunnion where the rollers lock in and see if you have "ramping or spalling" where the rollers track. Does your bolt/carrier group come out easily when you remove the buttstock and trigger pak and tilt the barrel up ? Did you clean the chamber flutes with a .45 brush running in/out ? Have you tried different ammo ? When you cleaned it did you remove the bolt,Firing pin lock, firing pin and spring and clean and lube that ? Did you clean inside the bolt and make sure the rollers were free ? Lotsa' stuff to look at.
