Looks like an SOG knife, may have been made in Japan. If original (Vietnam era), could be worth a couple of thousand, if not original (post-Vietnam), possibly $500-600. Look through the offerings on Ebay and see if you can match it up to any of those. Be aware there are a lot of SOG knives from the SOG company, so be prepared to spend some time looking. There are also books you can find.

Can't tell from the picture but is there a red spacer in there?.. or a better picture overall?.... Also no markings anywhere?
