You are going to have a hard time finding a K11 stock. Even in Europe they are rare:

They may be available still in Switzerland, but from previous discussions it appears that they cannot be sent out of Switzerland to the USA.

 

I was afraid of that. Almost wondering if I could get just a sporter stock made to fit it. Would be a shame to wasted a perfectly good barreled action. I can get it for a good price

That sucks. I saw they have a 1911 stock available. Being a project already, I wonder if I could modify that to fit the k11 action

 

You will need the barrel bands. The K11 action you found should have an aluminum tube around the barrel. It fits between the stock and hand guard to keep contact off of the barrel. If it is missing you are probably going to have problems with barrel harmonics.

I recommend you look at the offerings of complete K11's at Simpsons and Edelweiss Arms.

It's a seller's market for Swiss rifle stocks, so the price does not surprise me, especially since it has a bigger price tag than for a K31 stock. Rarity = $!
The stock on ebay lacks metal too.

 

Is the trigger guard assembly attached to the action? Also, you need a butt plate and screws. These are out of stock too at Numrich.

 

Yeah the whole trigger guard assembly is with it. I think the butt plate and screws are the only metal pieces that are missing

Don't overlook the fact that in the K31 there is a big hole in the stock in front of the trigger guard.

And in the K11 there is a big hole in the stock about four inches in front of the trigger guard.

A 1911 (long) rifle stock can be shortened to fit a 1911 carbine (K11) barreled action. Requires considerable woodworking skill to fit the front band and collar neatly - and you'd still need a K11 handguard. Rear sling attachment will be visually wrong for K11. We've seen at least one example apparently done in-service by Swiss military establishment, with rear sling arrangement neatly revised (a tricky job for hand woodworking).
