Your Type 14 pistol is an original series from the Kokubunji factory, overseen by Nagoya. As stated earlier, it’s from Oct 1938 and close to the point where they switched to the larger trigger guard. Your magazine is not matching, based on the condition and without holster or other accessories, I would swag its value in the $800-ish ballpark.
