Greetings, Gents--
I picked up a Soviet belt, buckle, and clasp. Still new in the bags, nothing is attached. The belt has no holes or any thing other than markings. I'd like to know how to assemble and use this, so I would ask, "does anyone know a site with instructions on how to put this together and use it?"
