1st CMP experience for me, found out I would be 20 min from Camp Perry and decided to sign up for the National Match, went by the North Store which is only open to competitors and got my first CMP rifles! This gorgeous service grade 03a3 which by all views appears unused and a CMP Rack Special 1.4mil SA. Excited to use these!

03a3 ME 1 and TE 1.

The experience was as good as they say it is!

Yeah fantastic. Cartouches look great on the 03a3. I’m probably ten hours from the north store. If/when they reopen I guess I’ll have to make the trip. For now I’ll stick to ordering Garands once a year.

No, you had to show proof of being a competitor in the national match in order to get ammo or anything serial numbered. I'm not too close to the store either. 16 hours drive haha.
