I picked this up with four or five Boer War early Enfields as part of a 13 gun collection. I don’t know that much about these rifles, but I am trying to learn as much information as I can. As usual, any feedback is greatly welcomed. Thank you.

re the OP's comments on evaluations, $$ wise,

to get a true number for insurance,

google will be your friend,

start with the general search on Gunborker,
you need an account, advanced search completed items, and look at what has had an actual bid,

keep in mind, gunborker is only good for the past 90 days, so if you find a similar rifle, print the listing,

then start with a google search,
be sure to vary the search terms based on what you have and what you may find,
sometimes common mispells will find gems,

either way, if it was found on an auction sight like Juila, RIA etc, you may have to sign up, (again, free) to get the number,
and then take roughly 20% off the price shown (it will include sales tax and buyers fees) minimum,
and look at the date some actions may be pre covid, or from the 2000's, both of which are worthless for modern values

take good notes, print examples , , esp if you can show it actually sold for that, and avoid blue book like the plague,

the if you are really going to insure, file that away, and call someone like Collectinsure and get the dollar value of insurance you need,
may want to bump it up 10-20%, since you are insuring for the future, not the past,

now,, if you want to sell, different story
