#5 Barrel paint marking????

Well i'm coming down to the poin on my #5 project and before i blast and park the barreled rec. i wanted to check with you guys to see if anyone recognizes the paint marking on the barrel. It's a rather large "W" or "M" painted in a yellow brushed on at the lightening cuts of the barrel

Though very humorous................i was hopeing for more info, but..............., Ed, I give you an A for humor, and an F for a seriously ugly reciever.

It looks like an armourer's mark for Wear. Have a good look for barrel wear - inside that it.

the barrel is in mint shape, though there are a few marks around the lightening cuts that are cut into the barrel. Also the barrle is matching to the reciever and bolt. The only thing that i would say is questionable about the barrel is the muzzle crown-its barely there, but the rifling seems to end quite sharply and ive had no accuracy problems.
