I am scratching my head over this. All parts seem to operate fine but its misfeeding. What I think it is doing is the two firing pin protrusions are sticking out when it strips a round and it is causing the round to not roll forward smooth. It gets stuck at an angle with the rim sitting on the firing pin. The strange thing is that part slides back and forth freely so they are not stuck forward. Any thoughts? I will try and take a picture.

My dad bought me one of these brand new in the fifties, pix below! Tube feed sub-model. Never fed properly. Jamming. Back to the factory under warranty. Fix, smoke & mirrors! Never worked well, regardless of ammo. Still have it! Last shot in fifties too! Sorry, no solution and of course parts availability issues...
I'd personally not consider dropping much $$$ into a repair. Good Luck and hoping you'll return with 'happy ending'!
