Guys, I do have a tool to Re Zero turrets, but do you have to "unscrew" that little tiny screw on 3 o'clock before doing it?
Also, i'm assuming spinning the plate with those 2 holes will move reticle up / down (to point of impact), so I have to hold the turret outside shell firmly to make adjustments, is that correct?

OK, guys, thanks to @edwardc i was able to get my hands on the manual. After reading it, here are directions on how to zero Wild Heerbrug IDF 4x30 scope:

I will use my example. I'm shooting way high at 100m. With 0 on BDC, i'm actually perfect on elevation at 400m. So:

1. Unscrew limiter screw
2. Hold Turret Ring firmly in your left hand
3. Insert tool into the holes, hold it in your right hand - Unscrew it counter clockwise 1 full turn - this will release the BDC black ring - now you can move BDC ring to whatever setting you want (it's in Meters) - in my case 4 for 400m.
4. Put tool into the holes and tighten it back.
5. Put the limiter screw back in. Don't over torque it This is tiny screw.

Done!
Same for windage. just scale is in mils so reset it to 0.

Special notes: you don't need to have IDF specific tool for this. You can use camera lense repair kit tool. They do have pointy tips which would go into the holes. Just don't press it all the way down, make enough contact to engage holes, but don't go all the way down on it.

Let me know if you have any questions.
One more time, big thanks to @edwardc for helping!

Any idea on that the weight of bullet they used for the ballistics
168 grain.
From what I gathered it was M852 lake city until IDF was able to roll their own.

Someone broke it down better here it seems.

Is there any more of this ammo to be had?
Not that I've seen, currently it's between myself and my shooting bud's collections.
We shot some of it, and was blown away by level of accuracy out of any rifle we had, even M1A platforms.

However IMI has a 175 grain match commercial stuff from the looks of it, same blue shell sleeve inside the box too.
