Plant NKV No 357, Omsk 1943 or 44 as that was when they dropped the year from the stamp. Probably 43 based off the color difference of the eye piece which would point at it still being silumin, they went to steel in 44. Was Refurbish by Omsk, Triangle 25, sometime pre 1950.

 

Appears to be Zavod 357 (Leningrad/Omsk) 1943 production. Not sure what the M and triangle mean, have not seen it before on scopes. Would assume it is a refurbishment stamp.
