Rolled the dice…they came up 35

After reading some differing reviews of RTI’s guns I took a chance and ordered a Carcano M91 Carbine, paying extra for the “best of…” bore and finish. I think for $219 plus shipping I did quite well; buying ammo for it was even more of a challenge! The carbine was made at Terni and is dated 1935.

Here are some cell phone photos of it; although folded, the bayonet unfolds and locks into position without any wobble or wriggle.

Very nice. I just got one from rti u can see it on my latest posts or searching rti carcano. Hows the bore? Any stock cartouches or anything out of the ordinary? It looks like urs didnt undergo the stock sanding lol. Nice deep blue finish tho. And good looking stock. I was pretty happy with mine especially for 135$. Only thing is a hairline wrist crack. Very slightly wobbly bayo in the folded pos.

Was there mold under the barrel on the wood? Sometimes there is if it hasnt been sanded.
