Individual items if complete and with original paint are worth approx $900-1000 .

Sometimes such optic equipment looks nice on the outside but are damaged on the inside. Look through both ends in decent lighting for cracked or loose/separated lenses, loose prisms, fogging/moisture damage, etc. If you pick one up, shake it a bit. If something is moving around inside the casing, there is a issue. By the looks of it, your friend knew what he was doing and may have acquired some pieces for donor parts to repair others...
