Century stamped that on the rifle here in the US.
When it was imported and then sold it needed Latin letters to be entered into a bound book.

The "SA" stamp looks suspiciously fresh. The fakers are out there.

It has a spliced stock, someone went through a lot of trouble to fake it...

Start with a genuine Finn M91/30 with a ruined barrel, find a run-of-the-mill M91/30 with a good bore...

Finding a run of the mill Finn with a ruined barrel alone would be a chore, but let's say it was done:
Then finding a 91/30 without a refurb finish or import marked barrel.
Ruin said rifle by parting it out.
Then spend the time and/or money to swap barrels.
"Correct" the front sight to Finn specs and make the finish look period.
Add copious amounts of crud and schmutz and then clean it off just right to make it appear the barrel is original to the receiver and stock.
Buy the fake stamp.
Apply the fake stamp.

All to maybe get an extra $50 over the going price for a 91/30?

As I said, that's a lot of trouble...

My "run-of-the-mill" Finn M91/30 with Tikka barrel and Russian ring front sight.
This one has the BadAce NDT scope mount. Spare bolt turned down by "Boltman" and fitted with the original bolt head.
