Except for a three year hitch with the Army in the 1980's, I have lived in Illinois my entire life. If you don't know already, it sucks there. Bad laws and worse taxes. Three years ago I found a job in Missouri and I have been commuting an hour each way since then. My wife and I have found some common ground on moving and we found a nice house in Missouri about fifteen minutes from work. Did I mention that she has said that the entire basement is mine for my collection? Yep, its about to get interesting. My collection used to reside in a small bedroom. Expect many more pictures to come. I have so many boxes to unpack but I spent a few minutes tonight after work putting this display back together. Stay tuned for more.

Since Missouri is the "Show Me" State, do we get frequent updates??? ;)

Congrats on your move. Too bad Illinois is ruled by such a small percentage of the overall state. Unfortunately it is similar in most states. I lived in Ill when growing up and moved out when I was 16, went back finished HS and moved shortly after. Of course i was not a gun owner then, but I HATED IT there. Hopefully the tide turns politicly and places like Cook County are put in check, though it is like changing a small country to democracy without the peoples' support. Uphill battle. Congrats again.

“The perfect woman doesn’t exi….” 😮

Congrats on the move…and the new venue! My wife is tolerant of my collection and has let me take over the office…but an entire basement would be a dream come true! 😍

Oh, it's terrible. I had an idea of how much ammo I had, but not really. I have way more than I thought. I need to brace the shelf I am putting it on. Then you add new drivers license and vehicle registration. I hope we don't move again.
