Yes, I know the oath what I'm referring to is there's electro penciling at the bottom of the blade. Some numbers or letters. Thanks

The Russians knew how to use an elecropencil. Whoever did this had no clue. The blade has already been buffed so I would be tempted to sand them off.

 

Looks Cyrillic to me -- maybe a name like Захар (Zahar) or something...
