I recently bought a new Mosin Nagant, advertised as a M38, for 60 USD. After looking it over, it looks more like like a M91/38 because of the M91 style sights. In case it helps with the identification, the rifle is 40 inches long, and weighs right around 9 pounds.

From here, I'll put up pictures of all the stampings I've seen on this rifle.
Below is the right side of the bolt, it has the Izhevsk bow and arrow marking just behind the handle.
Another shot of the bolt, from top-down. Has another Izhevsk bow and arrow marking on it.
Here is a picture of the magazine, with an unidentified stamp in front of the front screw.
Picture of unidentified marking of the left side of the wood stock.
Picture of the buttplate, which has another Izhevsk bow and arrow marking on it.
The front of the wood stock, has another Izhevsk bow and arrow.
Picture of the rear sight, with a T mark towards the front. Unsure what the mark means, or who it's from.
The right side of the receiver, has two unidentified marks, a K in a circle, and what looks like a half circle with a dot. It's possible it was a full circle, but the top half was rubbed off over time.
Top of the reciever, shows that it was made in 1916, and it has the Tula "Peter the Great" Imperial
M91 marking on it. Also seen, on the hex portion of the reciever is a stamp of the crest of King Ferdinand of Romania. Sorry about the shoddiness of this picture, I'll attempt to get a better one shortly.
Left side of the reciever. This rifle was advertised as being Finnish captured, so perhaps the number on the hex portion is the Finnish marking, but I find no other Finnish markings to confirm that.
Please let me know any info you might have on these stamps. If you need any more pictures, or maybe a better picture of a certain part, don't hesitate to ask.
Thank you in advance to anyone that helps me out =)
