I have several 10 round magazines for the Beretta 84 BB. The magazine body is the same as the 13 round mags as is the spring and the follower. (identical) The magazine is limited by dimples pressed in from both sides that stop the follower. Is there any drawback to me getting in there with a file and filing off the dimples? It would leave to 1/8" square holes in the mag, but I don't think, that if I get it good and clean, on the inside, it will be a problem. The process would remove the bluing and invite rust, but I am rust's worst enemy. Any thoughts? anyone else done it?

May I suggest that you consider selling them to those unfortunate denizens who live in the states where Constitutional rights are ignored. I don’t know but I tend to think that the 10 round magazines are probably more scarce than the standard mags, and might have more dollar value if you take the time to offer them for sale.
