Picked up these two knives. One is marked "K55K (second K is backwards). Bottom of blade looks like it is marked "ICEL". Second one is marked "Y44Y' Bottom of blade is marked "SFB" and underneath "44". Other side is marked "J__AN" (hard to read). Both have a tiger logo on them that looks the same. The second one's tiger has stripes on it. Any ideas?

Unsure how to date them but they are my favorite pocket knife to carry. The modern made units are just as well made as the 100+ year old models I've handled. These could very well be quite old the Mercator knife has been in production since the 1860's
