By the markings it is a Turkish Police pistol. FN model 1922? I don't see anything designating the caliber but if it says 9mm Kurtz on it than that would be .380 ACP. Most of the FN 1922 pistols I've seen have been in 7.65 browning (32 ACP).

Turkish contract FN/Browning M1922. This is a scarce contract pistol. You did well. IIRC all the Turk pistols were in 9mm Kurz/Corto AKA .380ACP.
