Comparing what I have marked as 99 & 96 bolts, and I don't see a difference in measurements. I didn't pull the one out of my 96 to measure, just an extra.

They are similar, but have notable differences, particularly the profile of the sides. In the pics, the T96 bolt is on top and the T99 bolt on the bottom (the T99 bolt has been converted to semi-auto; original FP replaced with floating FP, denial clearance milled in front left side).
