Tracers are"cool" but in reality they have limited use.
Virtually no range will allow tracers.
They are a fire danger in many places or in certain seasons.
Firing tracers can attract a lot of attention.
ricochets., particularly at night look very dangerous to anyone observing the projectiles lighted and flying about.

I had 1600 rounds., a full crate of USGI 5.56 milspec tracers.
In several years I only fired a couple hundred rounds.
I placed one of the 820 round tins for consignment sale at a local gun store.
They sold in onsey., twosey lots of the 20 round boxes. They all sold in about a month.
I'll likely sell more as I don't need 800+ rounds of 5.56 tracers.

But each to their own ammo choice.

I guess I'm fairly lucky here. Most of my local ranges don't mind tracers, plus I have a good range in my back yard. Not really long enough to observe tracers, but they act as a poor man's incendiary round when they hit a steel plate. If you decide to sell some of the 5.56 tracers, let me know! I might take them off your hands!
I have sold some ammunition on line., but the local gun store is easier despite the consignment fee. No trip to the UPS hub or filling out the UPS shipping document.
In lots of a box or two they sell pretty well. 5.56 milspec ammo is pretty $$.
If I decide to sell in larger lots maybe I would ship.

Tracers have come to market and import by mistakes or undetected at import when mixed with a million round import or something.

As noted., tracers and API are problematic to shoot in some areas and easily draw attention that may be unwanted.

I acquired a couple thousand rounds of 5.56 USGI domestic tracer ammo.
Realized over time there are limited areas and conditions to shoot it.
Sold a good bit of it., and need to move the rest.

Interesting ammunition though.
