Just curious how common or uncommon these might be. If you have one, let's see some pics.

Thanx in advance.

I had one that I bought from orion at an AZ gun show about 5 years ago. It was a 1915 Simson Suhl which had been trashed. Broken and loose parts everywhere plus the tg screws were stuck in the receiver big time. The barrel wasn't even securely screwed in the receiver and the threads had a section milled out (no idea what that was about). I ended up parting it out but kind of wish I had kept it as a wall hanger. I think it was like $200 (I definitely overpaid though).

I have sebral which came in from China (direct) to Australia, from one of our pre'96 SKS importers.

Fairly well used, ex-Belgian "Balle Blindee" re-proof post WW I. Also a ZB Vz98 ( Brno marking) Gew 98 parts clone (incl. Lange Sight).

All in working order, some have Chinese-made replacement Woodwork; Bolts a mixture of Chinese made CKS bolts and Gew Bolts. Vz98 has German Bolt (orig?). I got them as a job lot with about 100 Arisaka T38 rifles and some other Chinese Arisaka 7,9 conversions and "local" Rifles ( M71 Short rifle in 7,9 J, short M88 (Chinese made) and some T45 (1945-48) in 6,5mm ( Arisaka and Mauser features, made by Mukden under Nationalist and finally Red control.

All the rifles looked as if they had been through several Chinese River Floods since 1949....(Rust, Rot and caked Mud.)

Regards,
Doc AV
