If its "real", then it's for a Finn M-27 Carbine.

Just wait a bit, that will sell if your lookin' to make some $$$, but to a select few.
A vary uncommon rifle and a few are missing bolts, a very few.

How did the Finn Army number their bolts (?) on them, would be my only question

WOW!

The "wings" are the little wing like projections at the rear of the bolt guide/collar, under the cocking knob.

The M-27 series for the Finish Army Mosins used them to tighten the lockup of the bolt, take away any rattle or shake.

Some claimed they bound up with a little mud and either replaced the part or swapped out bolts.

That's an extremely rare gun part, easily a $500-$1000 bolt, for a very rare rifle-- If the SN on the bolt is in the correct SN range of the very few M27RV produced. This one falls in the 1932-33 date range. The 300 or so M27RV's imported into the US in the late 1950s by Interarms were the only compete rifles remaining, afaik, other than a couple of random rifles mixed in with 1980's imports of M27s.

According to my records, this bolt is correct. It is before the majority of the 27rv's though. The majority start in the high 72000 and run to the high 74000's. Still, the lowest serial number i have for an rv is 61000 or so. There are 9 listed between the 61000 and the 72000+.......all legitimate. I'm sure this one is correct.
