Stamping s easy to fake, and its a lot clearer than most I have seen, but the frog looks right, and are not cheap so adding to fake it would be a costly exercise

 

I don't doubt they are faked, but I don't know if there are enough knowledgeable collectors out there to want such a bayonet enough to make it worthwhile. Fakers modify items to sell them, and modifying only one is generally not worth the time and effort.

Neat bayonet, either way. I would say it looks okay to me because the two dents in the brass between the Z and the 8 appear to have the same coloration as the stampings.

These rare Polish marked bayonets were used by Polish units armed by the French in WWI. The German WWI bayonets given to Poland for reparations are more numerous. At any event, they are all rare! Especially with the Polish all purpose frog to fit German as well as French bayonets!
