Yup, both factories (11 & 12) made this stuff in the 1959-1963 time frame. JHSure looks Yugo to me. Some clandestine order for someone...

Pat, PPU built lot #124" in 1959. Besides having a sterile head stamp, these cartridges are loaded with type "02" powder. Unlike type "05" which is the most common in Yugo 7,9 ammo, the type "02" is tubular, not square flake. JHI wonder if this '124' has anything to do with the Radionica 124 facility?
