Late, Jinsen Type 99 short rifle. No dust cover grooves, late middle barrel band. Matching numbers. May be refinished stock, hard to tell on some late Jinsens (finished "cottage industry" style): that said, I believe it is the original finish. Good condition on the metal. Deep, round compression mark on front part of stock. $325.00 shipped to U.S. addresses.
