I take it you mean that you are looking for a Nagoya 97 sniper monopod, the two 97 snipers ( Kokura & Nagoya ) are the only 38 actions to have had a monopod; none of the T-38 rifle series ever had such a feature.
Both 97 monopods and brass muzzle covers are scarce and expensive accessories.
