Check the 45 degree MagPull "AFG" one out. I tried it & like it immensely!

A good forward grip that attaches to the original Colt M-4 forearm? I don't want to add any rails if possible. Thank You.

For sake of argument, you may wish to buy a little rail from Magpul or Midwest Industries and attach it to your standard M4 handguard. That way, you only have an isty bitsy rail to deal with and you can mount almost any forward grip you want. There are plenty of rails specifically made for the standard M4 handguard. A short rail is included with the AFG.
