I see Gunbroker sells this at staggering prices of $ 500 and up now. ANy online dealer selling a low $ 350 new in box?

A local dealer had a few in the $350 range he got in after the election but in my last visit they were gone.

Board sponsor CFS has listed as per a 12-16-08 posting on their web site both a monte carlo type stock and the wood thumbhole stock in.223. I think the price was 399.00 though. Now after a week wether they have any in stock is hard to say. if I was not up to my arm pits in 3-4 kit completions I had been stupidly sitting on I would like to have one of these in .308 and with the polymer thumbhole stock.

Keep looking there is a new shippment of saiga's comming soon. Trust me I heard it from a good source first hand. Its good to know people in certain places. I want to get a few more myself too.

BTW; If everything goes well we just may see a saiga in 7.62x54r soon too.

Why get a saiga in 7,62x39 when you can get the awesome saiga in 308? The two american calibers of 223 & 308 are more accurate than the russian calibers are anyway. The russians admitted this.

Im waiting to get one of those 223 in 16 inch barrel. It should be accurate and better than the mini 14. The bad part is they are in short supply and prices have skyrocketed. Saiga mags are way overpriced as well. Propriety mags they are.
