Both turrets (windage and elevation) have washer springs in them that prevent accidental or recoil movement. Take it apart and bend the spring more so it’ll have more pressure on moving parts. Option B send to Raspootyn ( member here)

Finally handled this, it worked great. Be careful bending the spring washer though as it is very brittle. It didn’t break but I can see how they could.
