Close Ron, but no cigar. He's not swearing at, he's swearing to. What difference does it make anyway? If things like that keep you up at night, find another hobby. Try a google search, you might be enlightened.

Perhaps jjk still believes in the Imperial Roman Pantheon of gods. Jupiter Optimus Maximus was evidently the head dude in that crowd.
My comment about a Transformer (If I correctly recall watching Saturday morning cartoons with my son 25 years ago, Optimus Prime was the head of the good Transformers and Megatron was the head baddie (who in those days turned into a P38, by the way)) evidently did the concrete cloud thing.
