Check gunbroker. You can search 700P or 700 PSS. The older rifles are supposedly better, all the ones I have shot are nice. The stock palm swell is a little bulky. Rifles usually run between $600 and $800 without scope.
On second thought, may consider buying an 700 SPS Varmint at a local store and dropping it in an HS Precision or McMillan stock. The only difference from a 700P would be the model stamp on the side of the receiver...decisions, decisions.
