came across this today and i know it is czech (barrel and receiver). it looks like a late war german or french contract stock and trigger guard maybe? any help?

what model or designation? any history? i checked mausers of the world, only reference book i have and didn't see anything like this under czech section. no import markings and crest is scrubbed. any way to date it?
