I still need an optic and to figure out the best GUIs for front and rear for th money.

Plum crazy lowers with jse top ends and bcg. Any reccomendations on backup irons front and rear? I am going with a primary arms optic, since I have had great luck with them.

I run a set of Spikes on my carbine with a Primary Arms Comp 4. I like it very well.

So far so good Falm. Once I quit crying from the insult, I will give her a go (can't get smiley to come up on iPad). So far, 20 rnd with no hiccups. Just ordered PA m3 clone for the top, and bidding on some flip up sights. One thing I have noticed Is that the bcg is fitting very tight. My double star is much looser fit in bolt to upper bit. I have to jiggle the bcg in to get it started. The DS slides right in in a second. I oiled it up and got it together. Seems to shoot fine.

So I got it out today to give it a whirl. Ran 75 rnds through it with no hiccups. The optic kept on shooting loose every five or so rounds. I tightened it over and over until I figured out that the wedge on the piccatinny mount was upside down and not holding well. I flipped it over, and it would put 10 rnds in a coffee cup at fifty yds. I am not a particularly good shot, so it was great for me. I shake a bit while shooting, and without a rest it opened up a good bit. The entire thing ended up being under 600 bucks with the optic and mount included.

I'd suggest a Midwest Industries railed gas block front site if you want irons. Mine is pretty solid.

You shouldn't use polymer sights on the gas block due to the heat. Besides, it looks like your gas block is lower than your receiver and the Magpul front BUIS is too short for that application. You need to find a gas-block specific front sight.
