Give us a picture of the bands you have.
I think the original barrel band tightening screws were threaded backwards and are sometimes broken off on original bands, but we need to see what you have for bands.
The buttplate screws are likely the same as new ones or have long since been replaced with later ones, but go slow with the replacements as I don't have a Westinghouse screw here to compare.
A Westinghouse is a great start, but you need a whole lot more Mosins!
