Our weather over here in WI is basically the same as yours. I go to the range every weekend. The coldest that I've ever been there is when it was -3F. I wasn't the only one crazy enough to go out in that weather either!!!
We're setting a record for the amount of snow in the month of December...not really a record that I enjoy being a participant in. The best part of shooting when it is cold out is that the barrels don't take long to cool down

Let us know how your 91/59 performs. Remember, even if you have to walk 200 yards in knee deep snow, a bad day at the range always beats a good day at work
