What other Mausers share the handguard with the VZ24? I searched and I could not find anything that will swap.

No, if you align the two rifles with the rear edge of the rear band together, the VZ32 handguard is longer on both ends than the VZ24.

Besides, the VZ32 handguard is made of unobtanium.
