Yes. Not taking payments on the "waiting list" as it likely will not happen until October. This thread is for the initial 20 "signed" copies Juergen was able to aquire as a trial run to see if there were any interest. It got overwhelming responses but the author will not be available to sign more copies until October if memory serves so there is an open waiting list for those next copies.

Need shipping address on some of these.

Trying to save myself trips to the post office and am waiting on several shipping address locations. Trying to get them all out today if I can. I have pm's and emails sent out to the parties that have not provided me with a shipping address. Sorry for the delay gents but I am taking no profit in this and would like to send them all out at once. If I don't have all the address locations soon I will send out to all of you that have provided them so you don't have to wait any longer. If any of you are wondering if its you or not, you will either have an email or pm from me. If not, you are good to go =)

Yes... have gone out. Took a couple days longer than I planned as I was missing an address or two from people on vacation. Wanted to send them all at once to avoid multiple trips to the P.O. But they went out two days ago priority mail so they should be there today or tomorrow at the latest according to the clerk. Please let me know when they arrive so I can check them off my list.
