Hello...I'mnot often found in these parts but I thought I ask:

I was for awhile planning to by a Romanian PSL but sort of gave up looking for one. I see that Melot has a 7.62x54 23" barrel rifle with Druganov style furniture and me sitting here with thousands of rounds of surplus ammo...

I wonder if anyone can tell me how accurate they are and if the furniture is very decent. hard to tell from the pic I saw.

I have a Dragunov and almost bought a VEPR before I found it. The VEPRs are said to shoot in the 2-3.5 MOA range with a good scope and top ammo, I'm told, at 100 yards.
I personally would rather have a VEPR than a PSL, but that is just me, simply because I know just what I am getting. With PSLs some are great, some not too reliable.
A VEPR is more AK than milled receiver SVD but should be very reliable and generally is a very fine rifle by all accounts.
Interestingly, there are many other versions of it in Russia, sold as hunting rifles for big game in a variety of stocks and calibers.
