I picked up this original condition 1936 Izhevsk 91-30 in a trade from a friend. It has been in his collection since the early 1980's and has no import markings. The barrel, bolt and magazine match. The stock and handguard appear to be a wartime replacement, the butt plate number doesn't match and the handguard has steel end caps. The finish has turned to patina, the bore in good shape but was rusted when my friend got it. The serial number is 5 digits without a 2 letter prefix unlike most Soviet era rifles I've seen.
