Sometime in the last year, I'm thinking SOG or another vendor sold some French made Unique pistols. I seem to recall some discussion here about them.

Does anyone have links to solid info on Unique made pistols? I've found the company's dormant website, but not much else. I'm particularly interested in what I think is a Unique made for commercial sale, a .22lr "Corsair".

TIA,
SlimTim

Hey Slim, why don't you ask in the French Firearms Forum? Sometimes I think you are getting as absent minded as Vic ---

Yes, just a few years ago Cole's was selling Unique Model D6 22LR handguns - I picked up 2 of them for my kids.

Unique Corsair

I briefly owned one of these pistols in 1961. All steel with a matte silver finish and target grips and adjustable rear sight. High quality manufacture French pistol in .22 Long Rifle. It was unreliable in functioning and only passable accuracy. Traded it in for a Ruger Single Six in the same caliber....best trade I ever made . Still have it. Hth
