I picked up a matching 1951 Tula SKS refurb from a gun show last weekend, and there's a stamp I can't seem to identify no matter how hard I look online. I was wondering if any of you folks had any ideas as to what it means.

The stamp in question appears to be "YOO V" or "Y00 V," almost stamped on top of the serial number.

And of course, I'll attach photos of the entire rifle itself! I do apologize for the quality, didn't have an actual camera handy. I appreciate any thoughts or information on this.
