What diameter are the trigger pins in the mauser 98 trigger? I lost one when bead blasting my rifle and need to order some rod to replace it. They appear to be about 1/8th of an inch, so I was going to order .120 rod (+/- .003) to replace them. Will this be about the right size?

In case anyone cares I did a little work on the trigger while it was apart and probably cut the pull weight in half as well as defining the stages a bit more. Plus, now it breaks a lot cleaner.

I have controlled the sear angle, take up, over travel, spring force in Mausers.
That involves Silver solder, drill and tap, and lots of work.
But lately for hunting Mausers, all I do is grind a little off the rear hump.

Hmm I did it the other way then you did. I took off some of the front hump and then smoothed out the rear one. Only after I get to go shoot it will we see if it works well...
