First album I ever bought was DEVO Freedom of Choice

Wanted to post an "AMV" (Anime Music Video) of a Devo song. Rather than using the obvious choice of "Speed Racer", the creator decided to go with "Race Of Doom"

My mistake, his brother Bob was the one who passed away

I remember Jerry being a guest DJ on WWDC (aka DC-101) back about the time Heavy Metal was coming out in theaters. What stuck out the most was he pronounced out "deh-voh"; and he would play the original version of the songs, then Devo's "corrected" version. Was pretty cool.

How did this one slip by from being posted?!?! CLASSIC DEVO!

Looking back as the OP....
Just a recollection from H.S. during this time in the 1980's and how I remember these DEVO videos on early MTV.
We had to take 1-year of swim classes [Beginner/Advanced Life Guard] to graduate H.S. Crazy eh? To think they would make something like that mandatory nowadays!
I got all A+'s in certs .. but I had the most A-hole teacher / coach ever! but I'll tell you what ..it save my life a few times. Glad I did have him as a teacher / coach!

When I hear and see these videos it brings me back to early '80's H.S. swim classes ..Weird DEVO connection.

Did anyone else have to take swimming for 1-year for H.S. graduation requirement?
