not sur what to make of this one. finish does not appear to be original on metal or wood. mum appears to be struck 3 times, no arsenal mark and in the 91,000 serial range. plenty of Nagoya marked rifles in that serial range and TJK or Howa never got that high. perhaps this is a Jinsen made rifle given the "O" marking on the receiver. might not be though, since the receiver appears to be buffed out a bit and is much smoother than any rope hole i have ever seen.
