These "Technical Delivery Specifications" for the 98k are often mentioned, but has anybody actually seen them, or know where they might be found in the original?

At the moment, I'd like to see an original, untranslated (I trust my own translations -- hence the query) of the material covered in Law, Vol 1, 2nd edition, p. 123, "Building the system into the stock." Law cites this as "TL 1/1003 p 10 no 40. The author's copy of this TL is missing paragraphs no 43 through the first part of no 49"Jon has a complete copy of TL 1/1003. What are you looking for as this is not a short document at over 70 pages.
