I have googled this subject many times, and find different information from different places, and can not make mcuh sense of it.

I recently aquired a Pramm diopter for my 1902 Swede, and am looking to duplicate the factory ammo, that the sight is calibrated for. According to information that I have found on the sight, it holds a 200m zero, and each elevation click is 25 meters.

Can anyone post, or point me in the direction of where I can find information on the bullet (I assume its a 139gr), powder, charge, or at least velocities, or anything else anyone can supply?

Any information that I can gather as far as a powder that is comparable, or even loads that duplicate original millitary specs would be fantastic.

I don't know enough about them to help you with your Pramm diopter, but I can offer some info about loads.

The specified muzzle velocity of the 139 gr. m/41 projectile is:

m/94: 720 mps (2362 fps)
m/38: 765 mps (2510 fps)
m/96: 790 mps (2592 fps)

Search this forum for "RL22" This is Alliant
Reloder® 22, and is recognized by many as being capable of producing nearly the same muzzle velocity with the proper load. I have no practical experience with any of the recommended loads using RL22.
